We’re a team of four passionate 15 and 16-year-olds running Biltong Bites as part of the Young Enterprise Scheme. We handcraft our biltong using carefully selected, low-stress meat to make each bite more tender and less acidic than store-bought options. Driven by quality, teamwork, and a love for good food, we're proud to bring you a snack that's high in protein, full of flavour, and made right here by young Kiwi entrepreneurs.
